Zumba Fitness - Wednesdays 10am - Zumba is a fitness class that combines dance and fitness moves. Inspired by La.n dance and music, Zumba uses a variety of styles in its routines, including Cumbia, Merengue, Salsa, R e g g a e t o n , M a m b o , R u m b a , Flamenco, and a Hip Hop. Music selections include both fast and slow rhythms to help tone and sculpt the body. No experience is required and you can be any fitness level to start. Zumba Gold - Thursdays 10 am - Zumba Gold is ideal for older adults and beginners due to it’s easy-to-follow choreography, slower pace and shorter class length. No experience is required and you can be any fitness level to start. Though a lower intensity than regular Zumba, the hip-shaking classes still allow you to work up a sweat - and are lots of fun too! And, while also being an excellent form of cardio, it strengthens muscles and improves flexibility, balance and coordination.
