Codsall Village Hall Management Committee’s Mission is to make Codsall Village Hall the Venue of Choice for Organisations and Individuals.

We will offer a venue which:

  • is accessible to all
  • is clean and well maintained
  • provides hirers with a diverse range of facilities

We will always:

  • be responsive to potential and regular hirers
  • provide clear information about rooms, charges and facilities
  • strive to ensure that users’ requirements are met
  • use resources available to continually improve facilities
  • meet our agreed Service Standards as set out below

Service Standards

  • Current charges for room hire to private hirers will be prominently displayed.
  • E-mails, and phone calls to the landline or the office mobile will be answered at the earliest opportunity when the Booking Clerk is next available.
  • On receipt of a completed booking form and deposit, confirmation of booking will be provided within 2 working days.
  • Provided the premises are left without damage, indemnities will be returned to private hirers within 10 working days of the event.
