Codsall Village Hall Management Committee’s Mission is to make Codsall Village Hall the Venue of Choice for Organisations and Individuals.
We will offer a venue which:
- is accessible to all
- is clean and well maintained
- provides hirers with a diverse range of facilities
We will always:
- be responsive to potential and regular hirers
- provide clear information about rooms, charges and facilities
- strive to ensure that users’ requirements are met
- use resources available to continually improve facilities
- meet our agreed Service Standards as set out below
Service Standards
- Current charges for room hire to private hirers will be prominently displayed.
- E-mails, and phone calls to the landline or the office mobile will be answered at the earliest opportunity when the Booking Clerk is next available.
- On receipt of a completed booking form and deposit, confirmation of booking will be provided within 2 working days.
- Provided the premises are left without damage, indemnities will be returned to private hirers within 10 working days of the event.
